Where do I store my audio podcast artwork?

  The support article on podcasting, as part of the step-by-step process, says:

  Podcast image: Add URL for specific cover art to appear in iTunes
  (URL must be http:// only)

  Where can that URL be? on my wordpress website? Flickr? where?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
