Where do site members register?

    Here is my site, I am the owner of it.

    I cannot, after logging out, see where a new member can register in order to post their own story or blog, on my site.

    You have a blog site to “public” visibility. You publish and leave comments open on your posts, and engage in dialog with your readers in a blog when they comment. If you wish you can have official users who also publish on your blog. Please see here > user roles > http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

    You do not have a wiki. If you are looking for a wiki then there are free ones on the internet you can get and link your blog to.
