where do upgraded members get live support?

    where do upgraded members get live support? when i joined for $300 it said i would get the benefit of live support. i dont see this anywhere and need it asap. thank you.

    hi jennifer, when i created the blog there were 3 options, an $18 personal domain, a $99 value bundle for a domain, no ads, more space and a few other things, and then there was a “business” bundle for 300 that said it included live support, unlimited space, unlimited premium themes, etc..

    It looks like the business bundle is new and has not been announced yet – just found it on my dashboard –

    OK-this is a new feature, an unfortunately we forum volunteers were not briefed on it. It may be the new “Enterprise” tier talked about here.

    I’m going to tag this for Staff assistance. Sorry that we cannot point you in the right direction simply because we don’t have the information.

    And the staff need a new calculator or a basic math class – the cost per day is given as $ 0.82 but my HP calculator (granted it is 20++ years old) puts the cost at $ 9.65 / day – based on a 31 day month

    OK-so maybe not Enterprise, but still a new upgrade that does not yet have any support documentation.

    thank you again, hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow because i only have 48 hours to decide if i want to keep this bundle or refund it, and the quality of the live support will be the determining factor. if i dont hear back in time and decide to cancel it, how do i do that while keeping the domain name? and if it cancels the domain name, can i go buy it again immediately or will it be unavailable? these are really questions i have for the live support i was promised, sorry to bombard you guys:/ thanks for your help:)

    You should be able to cancel the bundle and keep the domain name registration – they will just charge you for the domain name –

    don’t let the domain name go – it can take several weeks for it to be released into the wild and then there is no guarantee that you can buy the name again – someone else might get it

    It was silly of them to announce live support over the holiday season, when clearly there IS none. Dumping people into the forum the same as the people paying nothing for service is clearly not sufficient.

    auxclass, how do i cancel the bundle while retaining the domain and only being charged for the domain?

    The bundle is fully refundable for up to 30 days after purchase, excluding the domain name registration, which is refundable for up to 48 hours.
