Where do you select the forum you want your question to go to?

When I click on the “Help” tab it goes directly to “Support.” Then I choose the “Get Help” button. Where do you choose a forum? I don’t recall ever seeing the choices described here http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#which-forum-do-i-need.
I’m about to submit this support request and see no option other than the button “Ask the Community for Support.”

The forums are not necessarily linked from the Help tab in your Dashboard. Dashboard help is contextual help related to the dashboard screen you are in.
The best way to access forums is from the relevant link under the Which forum do I need section you mentioned.
