Where does Contact Form go?

  Hi i’m using the Karuna theme for free.
  I have kept the Contact Us page however i don’t know where a completed contact form goes? Who is it sent to and how do i change that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  It goes to the account email address of the author of the page/post in which the contact form appears, by default, but that can be changed. See the Notification preferences section of the Contact Form support page.

  Thanks musicdoc1.
  However i’ve confirmed my address to make sure it’s correct yet it doesn’t come to me. I’ll check that Notifications preferences link you sent and see if there’s more to it… back soon.

  OK checked everything and it’s all pointing to my email but they’re not coming there.
  Yes – email is working as wordpress has generated and sent me emails already. I’m at a loss as to where they’re going still!

  When you’re logged into a WordPress.com account, the account email address would be found here: https://wordpress.com/me/account. It can be changed on that page as well.

  Have you checked different folders at your email account, such as “social,” spam, or junk mail? If so, and you haven’t received a sent contact form, then I’d suggest that you add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

  OK added the modlook.
  I checked that link again. It’s the same email address and it’s correct.
  Thanks for your help. Hopefully the mods can sort it out.
  It’s quite frustrating.

  OK i’ve fixed the issue!
  Problem was my other (main) wordpress account. It was sending them to an old email there as a default even though i added the new most recent site and changed those emails. Still somehow only wanted to send to the very old one.

  I was going to ask you if the site could be in a different account, but decided not to. A single email address may only be used on one WordPress.com account. Two accounts would necessarily have two different email addresses.
