Where does it go when I "Save Draft" and it doesn't?

    I am NOT computer illiterate. WordPress gets high marks in the reviews of blogging software so I chose it for my blog, but I find it impossible to “get” where things are, how to get things where you want them to be, and then . . . you think it’s all okay, you’ve got it pretty much the way you want it, then you “Save Draft. . . ” and it’s gone. NOTHING LEFT but one or two pictures. I am NOT stupid. Why is this so difficult???
