Where does the comment form disapear to when I press publish?

  I only see the (leave a reply) and (leave a comment box) when I preview my blog posts. Once the post is published, the comment box no longer appears. Why is this, and how do visitors leave a comment? I’ve watched the tutorial videos, read everything I could find about this, and it looks like I’ve got all the right boxes checked to receive comments. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  Hi there!

  With the Twenty Twelve theme, users need to visit your post page to comment on your posts. When you’re previewing your post – you’re previewing the individual post page. The comment box won’t show up in your general blog posts list on your homepage.
