where has my 4th widget column gone?

  I was changing up my bottom widgets (I use Modularity Lite with no sidebar, just a footer) and I am only shown 3 columns of footer instead of the 4 I had. When I place the widgets under “Footer 4,” they are shown visibly in Footer 3. (Right now the Twitter and copyright text below should both be in the 4th column, not the 3rd–on the Dashboard they are listed under “Footer 4”.) It makes the entire page look off balanced.
