Where has my admin bar gone?

  I cannot access my admin bar or dashboard. I have made no changes to my blog and have tried clearing cookies and logging on from different terminals

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Tried from three different machines using Firefox, Chrome, Safari and (gasp!) IE. All latest versions. Have cleared cache etc. Have also logged into another blog that I contribute to that is linked to a separate wp account and email address and encountered same problem. Can only access blue settings screen that looks like a dumbed down version of dashboard. Any suggestions?

  If you have tried all those troubleshooting suggestions, including making sure that flash is up to date and 3rd party cookies are enabled, I will tag this thread for staff assistance.
