where has my dashboard disappeared to?

  when i go to my domain at wordpress there is no toolbar at the top to access my dashboard.

  Can you make sure you’re logged into your WordPress.com account? You can log in via http://wordpress.com/

  If so, could you double-check that third-party cookies are enabled on your Internet browser?
