  Hi,

  I have had to reset my password following a notification that my account had been blocked, and now my website isn’t available in the dashboard.

  Thanks for that! The website you mention is associated with a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so you would need to log in using your other account to access your site.

  If you don’t remember what the other account is and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
