Where has the box to add a URL link to an image gone?

  I want to add a website URL to an image so that when clicked it opens my jalbum photogallery. I was using such a link but it seems to have been removed as a further part of dumming wordpress down (I mean, who seriously needs to flip an image? Why would you want an image backwards? there’s a button for that though…)
  Please tell me where I go now to create such a link.

  Is the image in your Media Library on wp.com servers?

  Or is it being hosted on an external site?
