Where has the media icon gone in the new editing format?

  The media icon on the edit page is not displayed any more with the new format that has appeared.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You’re right, the interface to add media has moved below the window where you compose your blog. You can now drag and drop media directly or just click the button to create a gallery.

  Let me know if you’re still having problems finding where to add images!

  Hiya,

  I’m so sorry about my recent reply. I was working off of an assumption that the gallery section would allow you to add images to your blog post, which it isn’t at this time.

  This issue has been reported to our developers, and they are working on it. In the mean time, if you would like to compose blog posts with media you can still do so. You just need to go to your Dashboard and then go to Posts >> Add New. There you will be able to compose and add media to your post just like before.

  Thanks for your reply. We did later find the dashboard idea. It is a great forum to get help from. I really appreciate the answers.

  Thanks so much for your patience! Our developers are working to get a fix in place for this, and hopefully you won’t have to work too long out of our older version.
