Where has the Tag Surfer gone?

The new dashboard design has removed the link to the Tag Surfer from the Admin pages. Where the hell has it gone to? The default page after logging in to Admin no longer has any link to Dashboard, which when clicked previously revealed a link to Tag Surfer.
How do I get there now?

On the main dashboard page, there is a row of of links in the white area right underneath the light blue area with “tag surfer” at the right end.
