Where have all my email subscribers gone?

  I am using Jetpack stats and all of my email subscribers have disappeared. I used to host through WordPress.com before I switched over to self hosting, but that was several months ago. I’m not sure if my subscribers have been lost or if the info is just inaccurate — also not sure how this effects followers who subscribe to my feed, since I am unable to view those stats. Please help!!
