Where have my WordAds gone?

I am having by far the strongest week in the history of The Cryptosphere, and suddenly my WordAds have vanished. In their place are ads from WordPress.com touting upgrade bundles.

Additionally, I have just started to make and sell tee shirts. The text widget in the sidebar offering the first tee for sale has an “About These Ads” link directly over it. Yes, it’s an ad, for something that has been co-produced by BlastedRat and The Cryptosphere. It is our product, and we are about to launch a full web store. This is, as I understand it, within the options allowed by terms of service of WP.com blogs.

Is there something we should be talking about?

Oh yes, and in addition the large video ad that used to show in teh middle of the front page is gone.

No ad blockers at all. And yes, browsing from Canada. And why is there an About These Ads link above my tee shirt widget?

That’s what confused me: the large YouTube ad that’s usually on the main page is gone, and all the other ads are suddenly WordPress.com ads. These are still revenue-generating Word Ads?

Yes, we’re currently testing a new ad server, so we’re just running WordPress.com ads. Also, the big video ad will might be going away for a while, but we’re going to make sure that you’re paid the same equivalent rate during the testing period regardless.

As for the sidebar, there should be a third WordPress.com ad there. Not that we need *more* of the same ad, but that’s definitely a problem, and thanks for pointing that out!

The header ad is completely gone except for “About these ads” and the skyscraper in the sidebar has been replaced with a garbled version of my own FB widget.

My site http://kabarislamia.com is also losing WordAds. Usually there are 3 ads on top, right, and below of the posting.
About 1 week recently only 1 or 2 ads only and now there is none.
I wonder what happen?

It’s possible that the advertisers just don’t have ads to run on your site at this time.
