Where, how do I find the follow/subscribe widget?

  Found info that you need a widget, but can not figure out where one obtains the widget.

  You’ll find widgets on your dashboard under Appearance. You can also find a Follow button under Settings > Reading. Look toward the bottom of the page for Follower Settings. Check the box for Logged Out Readers
