Where I can contact about WordPress support?

Today when I logged in to WordPress, none my incoming posts did show >__< I tried everything, and finally pressed a wrong button. I pressed some button, I am having something in my cart (I obviously pressed something by mistakenly?) I am only a READER on WP. And did not mean to purchase anything. Why it is so difficult to find a pages (or a support-pages on WP) so that I could explain to them this issue? Can anybody help me. To remove that (empty my cart) I never publish anything, just follow oters. I am a reader.

There was nothing in my cart, I just checked.Thank you also for the link. WordPress should really invest more to some pages
where to get immediate help, in situations like this.They don’t have any WP -support -pages, which I find a bit strange.
But luckily there are persons like you, who are ready to help.

I am having some problems to block certain sites from following my sites. I am only a Reader, and just reblogging some other user’s posts, but mainly read them. Is the issue that I cannot block anybody, that I haven’t created (and will not) any plan. I am not gonna pay to WordPress (or Jetpack) anything, just to reading posts. Is that the reason, I also do not get advice, very detailed advice from other users? They have tried to help me. But I cannot find a place from pages. This is my domain: anaelleamaya.wordpress.com, and I have set it to be private. I got some dirty and offensive (inappropriate and insulting) emails, and I have changed my email -address yesterday. My new email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) has already ‘leaked’ to persons, I wish NOT to follow my blog. Can you please block the user “Universo Japanese Music” for me? I am more than willing to authorize you to do it, on behalf of me. Because it seems your pages are very difficult to use. That’s why I don’t bother to learn anything else than keep my privacy 100 % safe. -

I have already taken action, and removed those irrelevant and insulting emails. So I don’t have the sender’s address any more. But it was some Tarot Reading, and that person (obviously a girl/woman) is a very mentally sick person. I said to her if she is gonna send any email to me any more, she is gonna be in big trouble. I have done nothing bad against her, and don’t even know her. But I guess there are so many sick people online nowadays.
I have changed my email -address (which is linked to WP) and gonna change my WordPress password also.

Hi there,
It’s probably not a good idea to reply to Spam or inappropriate emails you don’t want to see, my best advice is to just ignore them – even mark as Spam if you want.
Your site is private and it does not display your email address anywhere. You do have a contact form though so, any viewer on your site, might use it to contact you.
It’s also not possible to block a person from following your site but you can mark it as private, which you already did.
