Where is £11 upgrade

  I have been emailed and asked to upgrade to keep my domain, for a cost of £11 however, when I click on the link to do this that upgrade is not available, where do I find it please?

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, so it’s possible the domain mapping belongs to another account. What is the domain, please?
