  I’m surprised a forum search didn’t turn up the other threads on phone support.

  There is no free phone support for WordPress.com. But the response time in these forums is excellent, so why not just ask the question here?

  You may or not be right, about tech support for a living. Do you know that this is for the most part a peer to peer support forum. We who offer assistance are your fellow bloggers, volunteers, and we do our best to keep these forums useful.

  If you need an answer from staff, we can modlook threads for when an employee comes to these forums…
