Where is Add People

    I read the instructions on how to add people to my site. It started out with instructions: “People-Add” which leaves out the step “Go to People From”. I want to add readers to my site so they don’t have to join wordpress to read it, but I can’t follow directions that are incomplete.

    Anyone? Bueller?
