Where is "Add theme" bottom????

  I got a wordpress theme from themeforest.com(already add it to wordpress themes folder) and now i have to add it online using WP Admin; however, when I go to Appearance/Themes there is no option “Add theme” . Is it because my account is free? Maybe?
