Where is 'Add theme' button

  Im trying to add a wordpress theme that i downloaded from themeforest. I watched online tutorials on how to add a theme, which is suppose to be easy; however, i don’t see the ‘Add theme’ button when i go to Appearance/Themes .
  How can i add a theme then?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
