Where is chat support? I need to connect my domain and get an account.

    Can you please connect me to chat support or tell me how to speak to chat so I can sign up for wordpress business and set up my domain?

    Hello there, currently online chat support is only available with upgraded Premium and Business Plan. Anyway, I’ve added the modlook tag to bring attention to the Staff. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi, thanks for that.

    I spoke to chat last week. We were waiting on dns update so we sign up.

    Now I go to my account they are not there anymore.

    I need to speak to chat support to set this up.

    How did they disappear :)

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com user behnampmdg3 does not currently have any paid upgrades. Is it possible that you have a second WordPress.com account which is associated with the WordPress.com Business Plan? If so, you’ll need to log out of your current user and log back in as the owner of the plan.

    If you’re unsure if a second account was created, post the URL of the site you need help with and we’ll take a look.

    Hello

    Thank you for the replies.

    I am still wondering how I got to chat with the lady last week.

    She asked me to change the dns and contact her again through the chat so we can set it up.

    It’s ok I am happy to pay. So if I pay now, will the chat appear under my account?

    I took a deeper look and see that you were in our pre-sales chat which appears when site owners are considering purchasing an upgrade. As you did not complete the purchase the live chat option is not currently available.

    Once you upgrade to a paid plan you will be able to chat with our support team whenever you need support.
