Where is ‘crop’?

  The guides say when I add — media — click on photo — edit I will get ‘attachment details’ which includes a crop feature. I do not get attachment details, nor do I get the crop feature. I just get the screen where I can add a caption, etc. When I add the photo to the blog and click on it I can only resize I cannot crop. My photos need cropping! May I please ask for help in finding the crop button?

  When working with an image in a post in the Block editor then clicking on the pencil item should open the Media Library where you’ll see a red edit button where you can rotate, crop or flip an image.
