Where is Customer SERVICE?

  I have requested help to get my blog to work several times since I paid for an upgrade in February and I still have NOT received any response from you!!! I can’t see paying for something & not getting anything for my money, not even help to get my blog to work! I’ve always heard that WordPress is the best, but you can bet that I certainly am NOT recommending WordPress to anyone!! If you had any type of Customer SERVICE, it would certainly help.
