Where is customer support for a paid account?
-
I have waited hours for a response. One person responded, but did not address the problem so a second topic was created for the same problem. This will be the third. Please help?
I used to provide customer support, so I understand to a degree. But why are people doing customer support for free here? What is up with WordPress’ paid customer support? It should be assumed a paid account merits paid customer support in a timely manner. This is unacceptable.

Anyway, I tagged this thread with the modlook tag for Staff assistance.

Quote from your other thread (for Staff):
Currently I have one paid domain, registered through WordPress as catherinescolvin.com using a paid personal email account.
I want to create a second paid domain, with a separate paid email account, also to be registered through WordPress. This second domain needs to be entirely separate from my personal site and not use my personal email address.
WordPress FAQ states an email address is necessary to register a domain.
I use a paid inbox.com account for email, which requires a pre-established domain name before it can connect email to the new site.
The same personal information (address, phone, credit card, etc.) will be used to create and pay for this second domain.
This is a group blog endeavor due to various time constraints, so there will be several people writing and sharing the same paid email account. I do not want my name to appear on their posts, only the site name for all of us.
Where is the starting point to keep these two domains entirely separate, and how do I proceed from there?
