  You should be able to reach your wp-admin dashboard by visiting http://homeswaptravels.wordpress.com/wp-admin
  
  If you want to access your WordPress.com dashboard, you should be able to do so by visiting WordPress.com while logged in. Hope that helps. Let us know if you are having any issues accessing either dashboard.
