where is facility to delete account and request unlisting of my email address?

  (1) I wish to delete my account and require you to unlist my email address.

  (2) Respectfully, not MY problem … YOUR problem. Only spammers make it this difficult to unsubscribe, or hide the mandatory requirement to expunge all personal data including email addresses. Not looking to start WW3 here, just want my record and all data removed, and for someone to confirm this has been done.

  Hi there. You cannot delete your wordpress.com username account. This is for security reasons so others cannot claim your username and impersonate you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  But you can remove all personal information you added and effectively deactivate your account so no one will be able to access it. See timethief’s instructions in this thread on how to do that: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/delete-account-276?replies=2
