Where is live chat???

  I’m trying to reach live chat and it says it’s on this page but the only option I have is this!!! This is infuriating!!!

  rogueneuron.com is over at Bluehost. Livechat is available to people with upgraded plans here at WordPress.com. Does staceyneglia.com meet that criteria? You’d need to be logged in to the account with the upgrade and then you’d be directed to Livechat rather than this forum for free sites.

  That’s possible, my accounts are apparently a mess. I have a site on WordPress.ORG, but I was trying to “find” my old site/domain, and it seems to be a wordpress.COM site, which is weird, I certainly don’t remember doing that. I might have been logged into the .com site

  I’m so lost, this .com/.org thing is a nightmare.

  I have probably a free plan with my wordpress.com site. I own the domain, I just want to transfer that domain to my bluehost account! I apparently can’t talk to wordpress, could bluehost help with this?? Anyone know?

  I’m not upgrading my plan just to get support, that’s crazy!

  Wow somehow I might have figured out how to transfer it, I think. Not sure how that miracle happened.
