  You are posting here as the WordPress.com username, klymkowsky. This account only owns the two sites you see under My Sites ->Switch Site, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  The domain, bioliteracy.blog, and the site it’s connected to, belong to a completely different WordPress.com username account. To access that site you have to first log out of the klymkowsky account, and log in as the username you used to create that site.
