Where is my blog?

I cannot find my blog – http://www.Youngwarriors4god.wordpress.net . The page does not appear – only a message from Apache – ”Apache is working on your cpanel”
(A longer message appears but I am not adding all of the msg. here)
How can I find my blog?

I did some research and figured out the difference – .com, .net, but when I originally created that blog some time ago (youngwarriors) all I had to do was enter the address into my address bar, and it would go to my login page.
NOW apparently I have to download the new WordPress update, which I can’t do because I don’t have the things needed to support that update.
I am not a techie so my understanding is based on my limited knowledge plus what I can find on Google.
