What do you see when you go here:
http://gwpj.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.phpdashboard—>posts—>all posts
You should see a list of all the drafts and published posts available on your blog. If you don’t see the post there, then check:
http://gwpj.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=postDid you write/publish that post from your dashboard:
http://gwpj.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
Or did you publish from:
http://wordpress.com/post/ -
I published it from my dashboard. I didn’t see where to publish it from wordpress.com/post/

I apologize, but I don’t know what you mean by my being subscribed to modlook, as I don’t know what that is. I’m brand new here. I have no idea what to do to get where I need to be to publish my “Musings” blog to the internet.

Click on “Subscribe to Topic” which you will find on the right side of the page at the top under “About this Topic”
Since you started this thread you should be receiving emails when someone Posts into this thread – that is the new default position

There are no posts on the blog gwpj.wordpress.com
However, I have found the following page entitled “Musings” on your other blog:

Yep, Jackie Dana, that’s the one.
I’d like it to be a blog on gwpj.wordpress.com if that is an advantage. I may bump the blog up to a premium, but need to know my way around better first. The problem seems to be that I published the blog using the “publish” button/link in Dashboard. If there’s another way or place to “publish” from, please let me know where it is. At present, I’m a mass of confusion.

That’s not a problem. The problem is you put it on the wrong blog. Always check you’re on the right one before you publish a post. That’s also a static Page, not a blog Post.

As raincoaster has indicated, you have posted to your other blog, but as a page, rather than a post. Pages are for static content like your “about me” or contact page while posts are dated and are intended for your actual blog.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/What I would do is copy the content of that page you created in error and then open up a new blog post on the correct blog, and paste it in.
