  That’s not a WordPress.com blog, and we can’t help you with that. You should go to WordPress.ORG where your version of the software is supported. Also contact your web host.

  I will try that. Seemed like it was always WordPress.com before. Have there been recent changes?

  If it is WordPress.com, it has an underlying URL of the form http://whatever.wordpress.com. So what was it?
