There is no domain mapping upgrade for simplysaliba.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping. To map to a domain URL you need to register a blog wordpress.COM blog sub-domain URL first and it does not matter what it is. It does not need to match.
All that changes when you are domain mapping is the URL and nothing else. The content stays exactly where it is. What domain mapping does its create a seamless transfer between the underlying .wordpress.com blog URLs to the new domain URLs no matter where they are on the internet. Visitors who click the underlying .wordpress.com blog URLs will be seamlessly redirected to the exact same content under the new domain URLs.

Hi @charestloukm, I see a few sites here. One has the name salibasinthemaking.com mapped, but that domain points to bluehost.
Can you point the domain to our nameservers?
