I also have mariescreations coms.com and I also mariewhitehurstaz.comwhich is set as primary domain. The other two are sub domains. And said I would have to activate the business plan. Well my the whole thing has been a nightmare . I’m told one domain is connected with another site. I have two ,So once again I’m at a dilemma I’m again not able to even get the theme going for my woo commerce I have already invested total of 485.00 and I’m not very happy not October 4,2024 paid 318.00 and in March 2025 159.00. Hi there,
I understand how confusing it can be when multiple domains and plans don’t seem to line up.
First, mariewhitehurstaz.com is indeed hosted on WordPress.com, but it isn’t connected to the account you’re writing from. Do you know which WordPress.com account (email address) you used when you first set up that domain? If you’re unsure, the quickest way to regain access is to follow our account‑recovery steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ — that will help you locate or regain control of any accounts tied to your domains and purchases.
Once you have access to the site using the correct WordPress.com account, I would recommend contacting our support team directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact – they will be able to help you set up WooCommerce.
