Where is my comment box for readers?
-
Hello. I just set up this blog for my gramps and I’m new to all of this. I’ve been working on it for hours and I think I have everything right. I just have two things I can’t work out.
He just posted my first blog post but I can’t find the comment section for folks to use. And on the About tab, there IS a comment section. What settings do I have wrong? Do I have these two pages set up wrong? This was confusing to me.
Also, I added the FOLLOW widget and have the SHOW BLOG NAME checked. But it doesn’t show the full blog name.
If someone would be kind enough to help me, I’d be mighty grateful.

While there is a “leave a comment” link, the comment box will not appear on your “posts” page (which you have set as your front page). You can see it when you view a the individual page for a post:

You may want to consider using the “more” tag to encourage people to click from the front page to the individual post page (and thus see the comment box):

Let me know if you have any trouble.
