  It’s gone I was using the quick edit /publish and it’s gone.

  Please tell us the title of the post or page that you cannot find.

  Have you looked into restoring from trash?

  If you cannot restore from your browser, or locate a revision, or restore from Trash then the content has been lost and cannot be recovered.

  You ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needs be.

  That being said when the title appears and there is no content that content will not be found in a post revision unless you edited the post after saving the draft.
