Where is my dashboard?

  Hi, I have tried looking throughout my blog, but I cannot find my dashboard. I have searched the support pages and nothing on my blog looks like what is described as the admin. pages or dashboard. I was searching for tools and cannot find this anywhere. I was trying to link my blog to my google+. Could you please help? Thx!
