    Hi there, These forums you’ve posted to are for websites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. Have you tried logging in to your site on Network Solutions, where it looks to be hosted?

    If you’ve installed the Jetpack plugin on your WordPress site, you should be able to access your site to manage it via the “My Site” link in the upper left corner of your browser window.
