Where is my domain?

  I just purchased a domain, but it’s not showing up under My Domains and the blog address is still “.wordpress.com”. I’m even being told that the domain I just purchased is still available. I would like a refund unless this can be fixed. Thank you.

  Hi Kayla,

  I’m so sorry that this happened – there seems to have been a glitch. Can you please re-register the domain (thewhitethornwitch.com) by going to Store > Domains in your Dashboard? You have been given $26 credits to register the domain.

  Yes, I will re-register the domain. I’m not seeing where the money was refunded yet, but I’m guessing it may take a few days as usual for some transactions. Neither the payment or the refund are showing up in my bank account yet, but the payment is showing up on my paypal account, so I suppose I’ll just keep an eye on it and see what happens in a day or so.

  There actually wasn’t a refund. So, the transaction is still there, but something happened and the domain wasn’t attached. So, I provided you $26 of free credits to re-register the domain. You won’t be charged again.
