where is my domain i need it back

okay look i had a domain gworld7.com for one year till 2020
i was transfer it into wordpress and i charged for $18 and get additional one more year
but i didn’t want that so i cancel it
but when i cancel i loose my entire domain even i still had one year pending
when i talk with wordpress customer support they reply me we have restore it and we provide you manual payment link
when you pay again you’ll get your domain back
but i got my refund almost after 15 days
and now when i pay that payment and try to communicate with wordpress i didn’t any response
please help me
