where is my domain name?

  Hello,

  I am currently trying to switch hosts for my domain name from wordpress.COM to Fatcow. I understand that I also need wordpress.ORG but I can’t change nameservers because my domain name is no where to be found on my domain manager site. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  According to WHOIS, your domain is registered through fastdomain.com. Please contact them for assistance.

  Hey there, Joe!

  I’m going to assume that the real issue here is being able to change the nameservers from Fatcow’s administration panel.

  Have you tried following these steps already?

  1. Log into their Domain Central
  2. Click on your domain, joedelvalle.com
  3. Scroll down the Details page until you see “Technical Information”, and click edit. You should see the Nameserver Change page.

  From there you should be able to update your nameservers.

  If that’s not available to you, you’ll need to contact Fatcow directly and ask them for help. I believe this is their contact link.
