Hi there,
What is the name of the post which you were working on? I’ll be happy to take a look through your account to see if I can find anything.
Depending on which editor you were working in, there may or may not have been autosave to our remote servers enabled. Our newer editor only saves drafts locally on your browser, so if you didn’t specifically click the save draft button before navigating away from the page then it may not have saved a version of your post, in which case we won’t have a copy of it.
If you were working in our older editor, remote autosave is still enabled so we may still have something!

Thank you for your reply; the title of the post was Sonoma Wine Country Events, or Fall Sonoma Wine Country Events, something like that. I am a newbie blogger so I unfortunately don’t remember if I used the new editor or the old. Hope that helps.
Thank you,
Allison

I take it it’s not this post that you’re looking for?

If not then it would appear that we don’t have anything else from that time. I’m sorry.
I did want to mention though that I noticed that each of your posts has a couple of different versions saved as drafts, which isn’t normal. If you’re brand new to blogging, you may want to check out our Getting Started Guide. We’re in the process of updating it, but it still has some really great tips on how to use a lot of the tools on WordPress.com:
Hope this helps, and sorry I wasn’t able to be of more assistance!

No, I had written a very long post with lots of text and pictures. Unfortunately, it’s all lost. How long can you save a draft? And should I only use the new editor?
-
Drafts can be any length, from literally no words at all to multiple tens of thousands of words (though we recommend you take care if you’re writing a draft that long, you may want to back it up in other locations as well, because accidents can happen at any time!).
You can use whichever editor you are most comfortable with. But whichever editor you use, we strongly recommend that you click the “save draft” button regularly. This sends a copy of your draft to our server so that we have a copy of things and if something should go awry you don’t lose it like in this case.

Where is my draft again? I saved it as a draft just today and now when I went to continue it, I couldn’t find it. I have looked through your getting started guide and it isn’t very helpful. You need more info on how to navigate the writing process.
Please help as I want to post this today and it’s very frustrating working on WordPress.

Is this the one which you’re talking about?

It looks like it got posted right after you wrote in. I just wanted to check to make sure you found it OK.
