Where is my follow button?

  I have been informed by a few readers that there is no follow option when they view my blog! I only see a follow button when I am signed into my wordpress account. Is there a way to follow without being a wordpress user?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  I visited belleslittlestory.com while not logged into my WordPress.com account and saw a Follow button in the bottom right corner: https://cloudup.com/i0CHctk5I6g

  Clicking that button brought up a signup box: https://cloudup.com/iAsz4vvD8QS
