Where is my FULL refund?

You refunded me $17.88 for a $35.88 purchase. You need to refund the full $35.88 as I do not want any WordPress products.

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and cancellation take place?
6. Do you wish to use the domain on another site? Or do you wish to cancel it?Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Thank you! My friend who uses WordPress signed me up to be helpful so I would have a photography website, but once I tried to format the template, I was pulling my hair out in 20 minutes. WordPress is not for me. I had registered http://www.tessiewallace.com through Godaddy back in April and I am launching my site through wix tonight (which I put together this morning). My friend registered http://www.tessiewallacephotography.com for me, before she knew I was getting a free domain from wix with my new website. I have two months to claim my free domain and I want to use my http://www.tessiewallacephotography.com domain that I just cancelled from her activity on my WordPress account last night. When will it be available and released from wordpress? Many thanks!

Also- does my domain that I just cancelled through WordPress have to live out its one year life untouched? I hope not. If so, is it possible for me to purchase it back so I can transfer it to wix.com? Or to godaddy? Or just buy it to point it to my http://www.tessiewallace.com site? Please help- I’m very stressed about this situation

I want to use my http://www.tessiewallacephotography.com domain that I just cancelled from her activity on my WordPress account last night. When will it be available and released from wordpress?
As you cancelled the domain so soon after registration, it should be released around 5 days after the cancellation date. We won’t receive a notification when this happens so I recommend you keep checking see if it has become available. Once the domain has been released, it can then be registered elsewhere.
If so, is it possible for me to purchase it back so I can transfer it to wix.com? Or to godaddy?
I could send a payment request for the domain costs and restore it your account. However, you will need to wait 60 days to transfer the domain to another registrar. This 60 day lock is required by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and cannot be waived. In the meantime, the domain could be pointed towards your new site instead.
