Where is my happiness engineer?

I upgraded my wordpress account and thought I would have access to a Happiness Engineer. How do I talk to a real person?

I’d be happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.I assure you that we are all living human beings. There isn’t a robot or zombie among us. Bloggers are aimed to communicate with readers in written form so we are expected to have the reading comprehension skills required to follow written instructions.
Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

This site http://writetocommunicate.com/ is NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we can’t help you here at WordPress>COM with it. WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

P.S. All that WordPress.org provides is free software and peer support forums. There is no Staff there and hence no Staff support like there is at WordPress.com.
