I dont know where my website has gone – it says that it might be with a different hosting service but I have no idea who and now it is not available online at all

It looks like thekarengreen.com was perhaps a self-hosted site whereby the domain was registered with GoDaddy – https://who.is/whois/thekarengreen.com
The name servers are/were set to:
ns1.uksrv.co.uk ns2.uksrv.co.ukWhich indicates the site is hosted with https://krystal.uk/ – https://www.whois.com/whois/uksrv.co.uk
