Where Is My Image Icon?

  All of a sudden my ‘add an image’ icon is missing off my visual icon bar.
  What’s up anyone?

  I know, I don’t have one either. Also, the “add a link” icon is missing too. Does anyone know what is going on and if these buttons are coming back?
