Where is my "Install Themes" tab?

  I logged in, clicked on Appearance, then clicked on Themes. It took me to Manage Themes, but I am missing the tab that says Install Themes. Where is that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  that is right, go to appearance ,themes,there you will see lots of themes,you can choos from,and then when you wil find the one you like, press active

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
